The Semsvann Round is a unique running competition that takes you through beautiful scenic areas around Semsvannet. The loop around the lake is 4.6 km long and is hilly, featuring both gravel paths and forest trails. This is an accessible event where both walkers and runners can participate, either with or without timing. The start and finish are at the NaKuHel center, which also has Smia Café offering food and drinks. We hope for nice weather and a great atmosphere, so save the date for Wednesday, September 3rd!
Highlights
- The course runs partly on gravel roads and forest trails, and on the way around the lake, you pass both Tveiterfossen and Tveiter farm.
- We plan for participants to either walk or run, with or without timing, with categories for both competition and personal improvement.
- There will be food and drink for sale at Smia Café, where you can buy waffles, cake, rolls, soda, and coffee.
